Carhartt Meets Every Winter Need

Bulky, canvas-like material? You probably think I’m joking. In fact, I’m not!

I know!!! I’ve been in your shoes before! Carport seemed almost, unstylish. Fashion faux-pas.

I’m here to tell you to think again. This year my boyfriend and I both have fallen in love with Carhartt products. I recently bought my boy this vest and it is incredible! He says it keeps him warm, and he feels like he’s keeping up with cowboy trends. It really does fit most occasions. He can wear it out to feed, and then come back in, change his undershirt and be ready for Sunday dinner. He prefers to pair it with a long sleeved flannel, and on extra cool days, there’ll be a thermal under the flannel.

What about the ladies? We ESPECIALLY like to keep up with trends. And how on earth does a big, boxy, bulky coat keep up with anything? Okay, well you got me there, it’s a stretch. But listen! I like to wear it as outerwear, over top of my actual outfit! I have this coat, and it’s probably my most worn item in the cool months. My underneath outfit? I love a flannel/t-shirt combo with jeans. My boyfriend inspired the look, as I was always very wary of wearing flannels just because. But I absolutely love it! The flannel itself can sort of act as a cardigan, and you don’t have to worry about wind/cold/rain because of your jacket! It’s truly a win-win. Plus, have you seen these headbands? 10/10 recommend those babies because I am a cold-natured gal, and when I go out, I have got to be bundled up, and these EXCEED my expectations. Plus, they’re pretty cute. And hey- football momma’s, you know you need those ears warmed.

We both picked out our top two favorite Carhartt items for this season, and chose to share them with you. I hope you find comfort and fashion in our picks, and I totally encourage you to look through all of their new items, the quality is so worth the expense. We wish you well and warmth (:
